(a) The Merchandise itself is flawed - This includes - Damaged product or a product with any manufacturing defect

(b) The product has been delivered after 15 working days 

(c) The design/quality  of the final product is different from the final design/product submitted by the customer

(d) The dimension of the design/product  is different by more that 10% from that submitted in the order.
